I wasn’t aware that my mic would pic up typing like that! It must be very sensitive, the only person typing was several meters away from where I was sat. I’ll make sure that doesn’t happen again.
Oh, I thought Joe was typing everything out for some odd reason… Maybe subtitled podcasts will be coming soon.
Anyway, great podcast, can’t wait for F1 2010, best racing game this year so far has to be Blur!
@The Unpronounceable Rog
Don’t land that on me, that was somebody on Joe’s end. He lives in a busy place! People gettin’ shit done in the background.
Could tell just how much interest Danny had in racing games from the incessant sound of typing in the background. I don’t care much about them either, especially sim-type F1 games. I tend to lose interest around the time when I put my foot down at the start, head into the first turn at 200Mph, and slam straight into the wall.
I’m not a huge racing fan either Dan, so we tried to keep it as interesting as possible. Certainly gets meatier closer to the end, but I learned way more about racing games than I expected.
@Mark
Alright, thanks for the heads up.
@Dan. The pod covers an array of motor sports games, Formula one is only a small percentage.
Being American, I have no comprehension of Formula One…I guess I’ll just skip this episode.
@Eogcloud
I’d mod the crap out of you for that comment if your grammatical ineptitude wasn’t so unintentionally hilarious.
Great to hear Joe again. Boy does he know his stuff when it comes to racing games!
I think Raoul Thomas Moat is a pretty cool guy. eh kills police and doesnt afraid of anything…
