The 360 is where this meant to be played.

Really looking forward to Mass Effect 2, didn't get into the first one properly until quite a bit into the game but then I was hooked, played it a number of times since.

Because inventory management was such a joyous experience using a controller?
Don't troll, trollie, you're setting a bad precedent of inane comments.

I probably should have expanded my response to that, but I still can't get over the fact that I got told not to troll by Denis Dyack:P
Anyway, I really like the 360 for Bioware's games because of the fact that there isn't the software problems that usually follow their games onto the PC. With Mass Effect 1 on the PC, it would always just shut down on me for no real reason; and I know Jeff Green had the same problem as he talked about it on the GFW Podcast way back(RIP).
I also think that Bioware is changing the system for Mass Effect 2 so that the console controls and menu stuff is a lot better. Plus, I just feel that most of their experinces are better experinced on a big T.V. That being said though, no one can argue that Dragon Age Origins is as good on the PC.

I just started up my old save on Mass Effect earlier today. Enjoying it now, I think more than I ever did before.
Feel like my characters weapons are really underpowered though. You guys think its important to buy new equipment frequently? Im worried about being stuck.
And thanks for the heads up about the saving to harddrive Dan, its impoved it a lot.

Response to Eogcloud, with his mighty, 30-post (around!!!), e-penis: The comment came across as flame bait… so *stomps foot* "they started it, waaaa!"
Dan, I didn't realize any thought had gone into your original post, thinking you a 360 fanboy with a licence to be obnoxious, but it seems your not just talking out of your ass. So, I guess what I'm trying to say is, I forgive you… despite your lack of tact.
I love you both.

Sorry, can't help you Danny. It has been too long since playing Mass Effect. I do remember it being said that you can really gimp yourself by choosing the wrong class type. I went 'soldier' (I think, weapons focused anyway) and managed alright.
I found the final battle to be a right bastid, though.
