Fourth ending added to Mass Effect 3 in Extended Cut DLC

With the release of the Extended Cut download content, every Mass Effect 3 player knew there would be additions and changes to the conclusion of the game. But I for one did not expect Bioware to add a completely new ending.
In fact, even after playing through the ‘blue’ and ‘green’ (those are spoiler-free terms, if you’re wondering) endings again with the DLC, I didn’t even notice there was a fourth choice.
It’s possible to get this ending at the moment you’re given the existing ‘blue’, ‘green’ and ‘red’ endings. Give the above video a watch if you don’t intend to play this path through yourself. It’s interesting, if a lot shorter and less fan-pleasing than the other outcomes.
