This weekend we will not be recording a Citizen Gamecast as I’m taking a short holiday for the next week. However, my destination of choice is the spiritual home of Citizen Game in southern Ireland where Denis resides. To make up for the lack of Gamecast, myself & Denis will put down the beers and controllers for a few minutes in front a webcame over the weekend, to answer any questions you might have about the future of the site, the changes we made and our plans for the future.
We’ll also talk briefly about the new Pro Evolution Soccer game, and discuss your comments in this weeks Citizen Soapboxes (as we will do every week on the podcast. We’ll also be talking about a busy next week with video coverage from two massive games events in London City.

Football Manager/ Championship Manager vs. WOW. Which is more addictive?
Is there any sign of you guys looking at online flash based games as there are a lot of what can only be described as gems out there. Plus they’re all free and good for make a boring day in work go that little bit quicker.

We all know how terrible movie licensed games and game licensed movies are, but we rarely see a video game based on a TV series, and vice versa. So my question is, which TV series (current or old) would make the best video game, and which video game would make the best TV series?

Will there be a real Fantasy Football (American) League, you know, the good football? And why do you like soccer so much, one goal usually in an hour and a half, is boring.
If you were tasked with assigning a developer and/ or publisher to make a new edition to the Battlechess series, with the order of “putting a new spin on it” in terms of game mechanics, who would it go to and what gameplay spin would it have?
Or an alternative to that island question. If all games developers where forced out of business and you had the power to allow 3 of them to continue and only these three could be develop games (no replacements if they die or go out of business, no new companies, no expanding their workforce) which three would you choose?
