Two Thousand and Ten
The Citizen Soapbox is an area where we throw out topics to the users of Citizen Game. When we record the podcast on Sunday night we take the previous week’s Soapbox answers and use them in our own discussions. We think it’s a great way of involving you guys in our stupid arguments!
The Setup:
January is behind us; the 2009 slippers have been released so now we can look ahead to what 2010 has in store. If 2009 was the year of sequels, 2010 is taking inspiration with Bioskock 2, God War 3, Lost Planet 2, Bad Company 2, Mario Galaxy 2, Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3 appearing on store shelves over the next 11 months. That’s not to say we don’t have some new IP’s to look forward to, including Dante’s Inferno, Heavy Rain, I AM ALIVE and (dare we say it) Alan Wake.
The Question:
What games are you most looking forward to in 2010?
Alan Wake is still trying to find his release date
Nobody knows what it the next cod game is yet but this year is treyarks year to make a game,everybody says ww2 is overdone but now that they have titles,emblems and could have killstreaks such as,stalins organ,hitlers under water tank, the infamous death ray that the japanese were experimenting on rabbits, or that giant stereo that can kill people in less than ten seconds,and i would like a siberian and english campaign this time round.
Cannot believe I forgot THE game of 2010: Just Cause 2
i honestly dont know whats coming out this year. it so far all been about q1.

Had a few good games so far, loving Mass Effect 2.
Looking forward to God of War 3, Heavy Rain, Super Street Fighter IV, Final Fantasy 13, Alan Wake and Metal Gear Solid: Peacewalker
Super Mario Galaxy 2. It’s predecessor was the best game released this generation let alone the best on the Wii; although that’s not saying much. Also Splinter Cell Conviction, because the co-op in Chaos Theory was so damn good.

I’m looking forward to a ton of games this year!
AvP, Heavy Rain, MGS: Peace Walker, Alan Wake, GT5, F1 2010, FF XIII…. the list goes on!
At the moment I’m just desperate for No More Heroes 2 to get a UK release.
Its all about Heavy Rain for me. Still have to pick up Mass Effect 2 too. And is anybody else interested in the new Fifa World Cup game? Think I’ll be interested in qualifying Ireland and tackling Henry to bits
God of War. … The whole bunch cos I never played any of them besides the E3 demo of GoW3.
Beyond that I’m actually pretty easy for the year.
